Request for Information: BAE Systems Education and Skills

BAE Systems Australia is seeking strategic partnerships with the education and training sector and other like-minded businesses, to grow the national talent pool relevant to its core disciplines.

This will inform part of its efforts to reshape its approach to education and skills development across the lifecycle, including: STEM and career promotion, apprenticeships, university engagement, and lifelong learning. BAE Systems aims to encourage more young people into defence industry and nurture the supply lines which provide diverse candidates to ensure the strongest workforce possible to support the Australian Defence Force.

Prospective partners are invited to read about BAE Systems’ education and skills priorities and priority skilling and technology needs in the Education and Skills brochure.
